SERVICE TERMS
- We provide digital services including web development, branding, marketing, automation, and API integration
- The scope of any service will be agreed upon in writing before project kickoff
- CYPRUS reserves the right to update, enhance, or discontinue any service
PROJECT ENGAGEMENT & DELIVERABLES
- Projects begin after written agreement and/or deposit payment
- Timelines will be mutually agreed upon and may be adjusted with client approval
- Deliverables include design files, developed platforms, API integrations, and digital assets (based on contract)
- Client owns the final output upon full payment, excluding third-party software or frameworks
REVISIONS & SCOPE CHANGES
- Standard packages include 2-3 rounds of revisions
- Major scope changes may require updated timelines and pricing
PAYMENT TERMS
- Custom quotes are provided after initial discovery call or brief submission
- Default structure: 50% upfront, 50% on final delivery
- Other models (e.g., milestone billing) available for large projects
- Late payments beyond 10 business days may incur service delays
DATA & CONFIDENTIALITY
- All shared client information (brand content, data, passwords) remains confidential
- We use secure servers, encryption, and trusted third-party tools for project management
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- CYPRUS is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., revenue loss due to user-side issues)
- Not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party hosting or APIs
WARRANTY & SUPPORT
- We offer 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixing
- Maintenance, updates, and marketing are available as separate retainers
